Midland Credit Management being popular nowadays because many people said that this credit card company which owned subsidiary of Encore Capital Group pissed them. Some other people comlaint to these company and the declare in many credit card forum that they just scammed! Is it true or not that Midland Credit Management are scam?

I just visited the site which write about Midland Credit Management and many people leave negative comments about this company there. ust take a look at the example of negative comment there:
